Quilling is an ancient paper art form where colourful paper is cut into strips then rolled, shaped and arranged to create intricate designs.
The slow movement and swirls make it a naturally calming craft. It is easy to learn and allows you to slow down, get into a creative flow state and enjoy the simple satisfaction of creating something joyful with your hands.

I founded Spark Real Joy after many years working in corporate communications. I always loved creating with my hands and rediscovered this joy through the beautiful craft of quilling. I just love creating with colourful paper!
